The CRM I run my entire insurance business on
Leads, follow-up, texts, calls, calendars, funnels, and pipelines — one login, mostly on autopilot. Everyone starts with 14 days free, so you can run your own leads through it before you pay a dollar.
14 days free — plus a 1-on-1 setup call and my private agent group when you start through my link
- 14 days free
- $97/month after that
- Same price either way
- Cancel any time
A look inside
This is what you're actually getting
Pipelines, conversations, the calendar, and the automations that run your follow-up — the whole back office under one login, instead of five subscriptions that don't talk to each other.

Full video walkthrough coming shortly.
Try the whole thing free for 14 days
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. Not a demo account, not a limited sandbox — the real thing, with your own leads in it.
Full access from day one
Pipelines, automations, the calendar, the funnels, the mobile app. You're evaluating what you'd actually be paying for, not a stripped-down preview of it.
Cancel before day 14 and that's it
If it isn't for you, you cancel and walk away. No contract to get out of, no phone call to sit through. If you stay, it's $97 a month.
Use your setup call inside the trial
This is the part most agents miss. Book the call in your first few days and you spend the trial judging a system that's already built for your business — not an empty account you never got around to configuring.
Most people who quit a CRM quit because they never finished setting it up. That's exactly what the setup call is for, and why it belongs inside the trial rather than after it.
Sound familiar?
The problem was never the leads
It's what happens to them after they come in.
Your leads live in three places
Facebook messages, your phone's notes app, and a spreadsheet you stopped updating in March.
The follow-up never happens
You meant to call back on day three. It's day thirty, and they already bought from the agent who did.
You're paying for five tools
One for texting, one for the calendar, one for the funnel, one for email, one for forms. None of them talk to each other.
You can't tell what's working
You know you wrote business last month. You don't know which ad, post, or referral actually produced it.
Who's telling you this
I'm not a software guy. I'm a producing agent who got tired of losing people in a spreadsheet. I run ACA, final expense, IUL, dental, and supplemental business through this one account, in English and Spanish — and on our call I'll show you exactly how it's wired.

What you get
Everything under one login
This isn't a lead vendor or a dialer. It's the whole back office — the place your leads land, get worked, and turn into appointments.
Every lead in one pipeline
Drag a contact from New to Quoted to Submitted. One board tells you what's actually in play this week.
Follow-up that runs itself
Text, email, and voicemail sequences you build once. They fire on day 1, day 3, and day 30 whether you remember or not.
One inbox for everything
Texts, emails, Facebook and Instagram messages, and WhatsApp land in the same thread as the rest of that person's history.
A calendar people can book
Send a link, they pick a time, it lands on your calendar with the reminders that cut your no-shows.
Funnels, forms, and websites
Build the quote page, the lead form, and the thank-you page inside the same tool that stores the lead.
Reviews and reputation
Ask for the Google review right after the policy is issued — the one moment they actually want to leave you one.
Reporting you'll actually read
Where leads came from, what they cost, and which source turned into issued business instead of noise.
It runs from your phone
Reply between appointments, from the car, from the kitchen table. The mobile app is the same system, not a stripped-down version.
Do the math
Count what you're paying for right now
Most agents I talk to are subscribed to four or five of these separately. Agent CRM does all of it under one login.
Fewer subscriptions is the small win. The big one is that they finally talk to each other.
- A CRM
- A funnel and website builder
- An email marketing platform
- A texting service
- An appointment scheduler
- A form and survey builder
- A review-request tool
- A pipeline board
Why through my link
You don't just get the software. You get me.
Anyone can send you a link. Here is what's different about this one.
A free 1-on-1 setup call
We get on a screen share and I build it with you — your pipeline, your calendar, and your first follow-up campaign. Not a recorded course. Not a help article. Me and you, inside your account.
My private agent group
Ongoing access to me and to other agents running the same system. Ask the question, see what's already working for someone else, and don't lose a week being stuck.
It costs you nothing extra. Agent CRM is $97 a month whether you sign up through my link or go straight to their site and do it yourself — the price is identical. The difference is that through my link, Agent CRM pays me a referral commission, which is exactly why I can afford to sit down and build your account with you.

Straight answers
Questions agents ask me
What exactly is Agent CRM?
An all-in-one platform where an agent keeps leads, follow-up, calendars, funnels, conversations, and reporting under one login — instead of five separate subscriptions that don't talk to each other.
Do I need to be technical?
No. That's the entire point of the setup call. I build the first version with you, and you learn the system by watching your own account get built.
Does it cost more through your link?
No — it's $97 a month either way. Sign up through my link or go straight to Agent CRM yourself and you pay exactly the same. Agent CRM pays me a referral commission at no additional cost to you, and that commission is what pays for the time I spend setting you up. Going direct just means you pay the same $97 and get none of that.
I'm brand new. Is it too early for a CRM?
It's the cheapest possible time. Building the habit of one place for every lead costs you nothing when you have thirty contacts, and it's a nightmare to untangle when you have three thousand.
What lines of business does it work for?
Any of them. I run ACA, final expense, IUL, dental and vision, hospital indemnity, and short-term medical through the same account.
I already use another CRM. Can I switch?
Yes, and you can run both while you migrate. Bring it up on the setup call and we'll map out what moves first so nothing falls through the cracks.
Do I have to pay anything to try it?
No. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can work your own leads through the system before you pay for it. Cancel before the trial ends and you aren't charged.
What happens at the end of the 14 days?
If you keep it, your plan simply begins. If it isn't for you, cancel before the trial is up and that's the end of it — there's no contract and nothing to negotiate your way out of.
How do I claim the setup call and the group?
Open your account through the button on this page, then send me your confirmation. Or use the form below and I'll reach out to you.
Not ready today?
Ask me anything first
Send me your question and I'll answer it personally. No pitch and no automated sequence — I'd rather you start when it actually makes sense for you.
Stop running your business out of your phone's notes app
Start the 14-day trial through the button, send me the confirmation, and we'll have your pipeline, your calendar, and your first follow-up campaign live inside the free window.
14 days free, then $97/month · Same price either way · Plus the setup call and the agent group.
Affiliate disclosure: I am an Agent CRM affiliate. If you open an account through a link on this page, Agent CRM pays me a commission at no additional cost to you. I recommend it because I use it every day to run my own agency, not because of the commission.
